OUR CUSTOMERS

Vermilion Energy has spent the last year evaluating a number of hosted and non-hosted systems that would work for our domestic and international locations. We used an external technology consultant to help us evaluate what was available on the market. We ended up looking at 6 different vendor packages and ranking them on over 200 functional requirements. Then we looked at cost.

In the end we went with iTrak from NeoSystems. We found their product to be highly configerable and extremely cost effective. I followed up with references and they checked out. We do not anticipate any issues going forward based on NeoSystems responsiveness to date and a "delivered as promised" track record.

Our plan was to keep the initial implemetation simple and stick with standard HSE event tracking (injuries, releases, haz ID, near misses, audit findings, investigations, etc) and expand once fluency on the system is high

NeoSystems is currently looking for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultants/Project Managers, based in Calgary to drive Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations, including all project phases such as discovery, definition, build, test and deploy.  You will become the main contact person for the customer to manage their implementation, to make sure it is delivered on-time and on-budget.  You'll work with the customer to define their requirements and then you'll design and lead the system architecture process.  Once that's complete, you'll implement most of their customizations yourself using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM customizations tools.  You won't need to program any custom code or configure the customer's network, but you'll need to understand how those related technologies work.

You will be responsible for the overall relationship between our Dynamics CRM customers and NeoSystems.

At NeoSystems it is important that we deliver exceptional CRM solutions for our clients, and importantly, that we ourselves exercise the fundamentals of being customer focused.   Applicants must understand what it means to be truly customer-centric and be prepared to practice what we preach.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct discovery meetings with customers and prospects to understand their sales, marketing, customer service, and xRM  requirements
  • Configure/customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM using web-based administration tools (form layout, workflow design, view creation, etc.)
  • Work with developers to define and create specifications for any custom code or data migration requirements
  • Create reports using SQL Server Reporting Services
  • Create and manage project timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Train end-users
  • Create knowledge transfer documentation
  • Test that our customizations meet the customer's requirements
  • Other assignments/projects as directed by management

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Systems or related field
  • Minimum of three years of experience in project management, system design, or information systems
  • Minimum of one year experience (or 5+ projects) implementing CRM applications (Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Siebel, Salesforce, Saleslogix, Onyx, etc.)
  • Familiar with relational database concepts
  • Self-starter and be able to handle multiple tasks, projects and priorities
  • Must have excellent communication, leadership and client development skills
  • Microsoft CRM certifications a plus, but not required
  • Some out-of-town travel may be required for this job
