David Fettig - President

David founded NeoSystems in 1992 with the vision of delivering high-value workflow based software solutions for our clients. David has an extensive background in IT management and leadership and had held senior Industry positions in Information Technology prior to establishing NeoSystems in the early 1990s and developing the iTrak product platform in 1996.

David’s vision was to use current software to develop a suite of products that were based on workflow technologies that could be easily configured to match our clients existing work process and that could be easily deployed on an enterprise-wide scale.

Grant McLarnon – Director, Professional Services

Grant McLarnon has been providing Customer Relationship Management consulting and Project Management to global Fortune 500 and 1000 companies since 1998. He specializes in working with organisations to adopt business practices consistent with being truly customer-centric. He is an experienced management consultant with strong hands-on expertise in CRM strategy, project management, business process design and technical implementation.

Grant has worked on leading projects throughout Canada, Europe and the Middle East. Prior to joining NeoSystems in 2007, Grant worked on large-scale projects for IBM, Orange Mobile, British Telecom, Bell Canada, Government of Canada, CGI Canada, General Motors and many others.
