Training
iTrak and Microsoft technologies are increasingly intuitive and user friendly. If you can operate a Mouse you can operate our software solutions!

NeoSystems offers a variety of training options to our clients in a way that best fits their needs:
  • Full classroom based training
  • Training by function or team
  • Initial “Quick Start” training followed by one or many staggered training interventions after customers have had the opportunity to use the software and develop additional questions
  • “Train the Trainer” concept whereby our clients use existing corporate or functional training resources to train their own organizations
  • Training can be local or, as in an increasing number of cases, we are delivering training remotely to clients on different continents.
Support
Our support team offers dedicated customer support as part of our ongoing Maintenance and Support Agreements.

Our clients are increasingly using our web based solutions to realize the economic benefit of delivering our software through an Application Hosting service.
