OUR CUSTOMERS

Pengrowth Energy has been using the HSE modules (QHSE Suite) from NeoSystems software, called iTrak, for over 7 years now. The system is very robust, offers workflow capabilities, and is easily customizable to suit your business needs. iTrak integrates nicely with Microsoft software allowing end-users to easily upload email (with header information and attachments) and export data to Word or Excel.

Pengrowth uses iTrak to capture, report, and trend Hazards, Incidents with root cause analysis, Inspections, as well as COR training records for employee and contractors. With the exception of training records, Pengrowth has established different alerts (review, approval, or informational) for key roles within the organization based on risk, as well as escalation for activities that fall out of Hazards, Incidents, and Inspections. The workflow capabilities of iTrak have enabled us to ensure business practices are consistent while eliminating the need to train end-users on how to manage each process differently.

Pengrowth has reviewed other products over the years but maintain that these tools do not offer the extent of functionality to easily enter data while offering the ability to audit, report, and trend our data to quickly make business decisions.
